1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using iecskills.in (the "Website") and enrolling in courses offered by IEC Skills ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in our courses is subject to payment of the applicable fees. By completing the payment, you confirm your enrollment and agree to these terms.

2.2 Payment

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Course fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change course prices at any time

2.3 Access Period

Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment (typically 3 months). Access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. Refunds will be processed only if:

• The request is made within the specified time frame
• No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• The request is due to technical issues that we cannot resolve

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and other content, are the intellectual property of IEC Skills and are protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• Record, download, or create copies of course content
• Use course materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the courses and materials only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the learning experience
• Maintain appropriate conduct in community forums and discussions

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates are provided in digital format and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to verify completion before issuing certificates.

7. Limitation of Liability

IEC Skills provides educational content and services "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or business results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
